Italian-English Workshop, Milan, May 10-11, 2014 with Ruella Frank
Sponsored by Instituto di Gestalt HCC Italy Moving into Resonance within the Psychotherapy Session
We feel ourselves moving through a world that moves through us. This interactive process is the intersubjective dimension of subjectivity. And it is based on kinesthetic resonance – reverberating feeling tones that are generated from one person to another. Through lecture, movement experiments, discussion and therapy demonstration, we will examine the process of emerging resonance – the relational feel of relationally – and explore how we "listen” with our bodies to ourselves with another and feel, then know we are here. In addition, we will discuss developing kinesthetic resonances within the early baby-parent dyad and explore how they are implicit in postural-gestural progressions that are the basis for adult functioning.
Date: Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 of May, 2014 Time: Each day from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Location: Conference Center "Turro", Milan (metro red line) Fee: 330 Euros Spaces still available.
